I’ve sent a payment using instant transfer to my old bank without realising, but can I just point out I was adding new bank details and getting sent to my partners online to verify the bank was correct, I didn’t realise at the time but PayPal had forcefully added my old details, It says complete and I rang up after sending it wandering why it isn’t in her account, the bank was closed 3 months ago, so the account doesn’t exist, I can’t log in online at all, I’ve seen comments on here saying pending, yet mine says complete? Any ideas of when I’ll be getting my money back? Or who do I call as they forcefully sent it to the wrong bank, have all proof necessary to take legal action against it, can someone advise me the best option as I’ve sat and waited over 11 hours for it to clear past midnight?
