I have a problem withdrawing money

I have a problem withdrawing money. I have linked my Paypal account to my fnb account, but when I get to the fnb platform it does not give me an option to withdraw from paypal, why?

Thanks for the reply. The problem is it doesn't show me the withdraw money option on the PayPal service left side menu.. The account is linked but I'm not getting that option to withdraw and I do not know why
