FOLLOWUP ON CREDIT CARD REFUND

Hi- my Paypal account received a refund from a Paypal owner on Feb. 1, 2022. Paypal said the amount has been sent back to my credit card which I used to send the funds in the first place. As of today, my credit card company has not received the refund. How can I follow this up ? I tried via the Paypal website and it said it cannot help me with this issue. Where can I send an email to followup?

Allow up to 30 days (1 billing cycle) for the refund to show up, if after that no show then >>>
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
