I can't send my USD dollars as dollars. Double Conversion problem

So I have USD dollars in my account, I am trying to send to someone as USD dollars but for some reason, it's converting into £.

I have tried many things, for example to make my primary currency USD but nothing works it always comes up with "something went wrong try again"

It shouldn't be this hard to send money, i don't want to double convert my money.

Any advice?
