my transfer is not reflecting in my bank account

Hi
I have transferred funds from my paypal account to my UAE bank account on 28th of April, which is not reflecting in my account until now and I even called Rak bank to which they say, they have not received any payment from Paypal, I would like to know how to contact Paypal and if they money is not yet transferred to my bank account?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

There is no contact number showing for UAE region on paypal account, last time I did the small transfer it showed within 2 days, but not it has already been a week but I haven't received any payment, I contacted them Via twitter but not getting any solution from there as well, they are saying same contact number is given on website, but for UAE region they don't show any contact option apart from message us and community help.

Withdrawals to a bank account are typically complete in 1 business day but may take up to 5 business days to show in your bank account depending on your bank's clearing process.
If the status of your withdrawal is 'Completed', it means it has been completed through our system and has gone to your bank account.
