Hello, my account is opened on a russian passport. I don't live there at the moment, but I have only russian citizenship. My account turned out to be completely unusable, I cannot add a bank card of another country in which I currently live
PayPal accounts are country-specific. Have to link local bank account of country where you live.
For example, if you live in France right now, you have to open a PayPal France account and add a France bank account/card. You can’t link Russian bank account/card to PayPal France account.
