Steam chargeback

Hi everyone, I refunded a game on Steam for 14.46 , now you know how theres a delay on steam transactions. For example it takes 2-3 days to go through, i refunded the game then steam took the money back. i spoke to steam about it and they said to come to paypal and i really cant be bothered calling Paypal but i will if its my only option. Thanks

Even if you refunded a purchase, the money may still have to come out, hit PayPal and PayPal will see that payment was refunded then route the money back, particularly if you paid by bank account. The whole process can take several days because bank payments move slow. This shouldn’t happen if you paid with card.
