I have a payment from GOAT (marketplace) and tried to cash out. Then, I’ve a message that money came on my wallet. But there are no money and now I have this message “ We're sorry, but that transaction no longer exists. If you think this is an error, please reach out to the sender of the money. “. What can I do, plz help me

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues receiving a cash out from that marketplace. Normally in cases of missing received payments, we first recommend double-checking your email address on PayPal to make sure its confirmed. If it is, I would recommend reaching out to that marketplace's support teams regarding why the transaction no longer exists.
