How do I withdraw money in EUR to my EUR bank account? (UK)

I have a UK Paypal account but I am located in Northern Ireland and I live across the Irish-Northern Irish border. I have both a GBP and a EUR account on my Paypal and both a GBP UK bank account and an EUR Irish bank account. How do I withdraw money in EUR from my Paypal balance to my EU bank account? It makes me do it via Xoom, which charges a fee. I have also tried to withdraw to Revolut and Wise, but it automatically tries to convert it to GBP. Can I change this?

Not possible. The € will be converted to £. Or double conversion may occur if you transfer to local € bank account.

No way ‘round it. € is not the native/local currency of UK PayPal accounts, it is £.
