Hello! How to cancel pending transaction?

Hello respectful community! I have a problem with sending money, I sent one payment at 26 June and accidentally choosed send money to family and friends instead of paying for goods and services. My payment is pending till now, I was hoping they check it 72 hours as they wrote in notification. But it still pending. When I go to Activity and I don't even see button "cancel payment" I can only archive it. I want to cancel payment and get my money back.

How I can do it? I have guess maybe because of I am from Ukraine and my Paypal account can work with limitations or bugs, because interface of my profile page looks different. I have no half of menu like for example button for Invoices. Please help me!

After 30 days, the money will be refunded unclaimed.

What means "unclaimed"?
