What is going on with TD Bank? Can't send money for payments.

What is going on with TD Bank this week? I've never had trouble paying from my checking account. I was unable to send a payment to a friend. Nor can I withdraw funds from my checking for business transactions. Both checking accounts are no longer showing up in my payment options. Is anyone else having this issue with TD. I know Interac was having problems on Monday/Tuesday but I am at a complete loss as to what is going on.

I'm having similar issues with TD Bank N.A.

 

Allows me to add max $150.00 USD at a time. If I attempt to add $199.99 or $200.00 I get this error: "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" followed by another redirected page that states, "Sorry, we couldn't confirm its you".

 

PayPal support is not recognizing the issue at this current moment. Hopefully this will change soon.

Neither TD Checking accounts are showing up as payment options. They were two hours ago, but not now. In the list of payment options it just says "nil" where my TD account was. I have no messages or indications anything was wrong.

I noticed the issue from last night. So far no fix. I think could be PayPal issue or a TD Bank issue. Its almost as if it were a sending limit yet all my limits are removed its a confirmed account.

Mine is a confirmed account as well. I was able to pay for something out of my checking 3 hours ago. I'm Canadian and noticed this problem sending payments on Monday when Interac was down for TD customers.

The issue could be with both TD Canada and TD Bank US. At least I know its not just me now. For a second I thought that I had an account issue. Hopefully there is a fix soon. Did you try sending $150.00 or less?

Yes I've tried sending amounts of $25 or less and they won't work from my checking account. I downloaded the app and still no go. I can't pay a vendor because like I've said before my accounts aren't showing up as payment options.

Sorry for the inconvenience. It could be a technical glitch with the bank system as they were not reflecting in your PayPal account. I recommend you to try to initiate the transactions at a later date.

I am a Canadian TD bank user and all of a sudden my linked cards are not being recognized. I also been having PP issues since approx July 7 since being asked to confirm for security reasons. Support has not been able to resolve my issues.

My issue was occurring with the American TD Bank side (TD Bank N.A) and as of yesterday I think I might of fixed it. 

 

Here's what I did:

1) Remove the account from your PayPal wallet.

2) Readd the account back to your PayPal wallet.

3) Reconfirm the account with deposits if it asks. (For me account got reconfirmed instantly).

 

At this point any technical issues may possibly could fix on their own. By doing this I was able to transfer $200.00 USD into my PayPal account. At the beginning the system was only letting $150.00. Therefore, seems whatever I did might of fixed the issue for myself. Hope it works for you as well.
