Cannot purchase my tickets

I am trying to pay for flight tickets before I lose them. I had a friend send me the money to buy the tickets. Paypal will not allow me to transfer the funds to my bank. So that I can purchase the tickets. Please help me release the funds from my Paypal wallet to my bank account ASAP

Did your friend select the friends/family option to send the funds OR goods/services?

Are the funds on hold OR pending in your paypal balance and is there a clearance date?
