Funds is still on hold for 21 days even tho information was updated

Hello, My funds is still on hold until Jine 24th even though i already updated information that it doesn't need shipping or anythig. I evem received a confirmation that I'll receice the funds on the 10th but on the e it's still showing that it's on hold until the 24th. I don't know what to do.

Here's what it said:

After 48 hrs, ask sender to confirm receipt to release funds right away or wait until June 10 for PayPal to release the money.

How to confirm receipt:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

I think the 24th is if you didn’t update the transaction or PayPal think transaction is high risk transaction and extends it from the 10th.
