I understand that you are asking how you can use PayPal without having a RHB account linked. The good news is that you can link a debit card, credit card and bank account to your PayPal profile. RHB is not the only bank that PayPal works with. There is information located in our Help Center that goes over the different payment methods when sending money. You also should be able to transfer to any of the listed funding sources I've mentioned previously. Once you have a bank you would like to add, please link it in your PayPal Wallet. Note, the bank account should be owned by you and be registered in your name.
