Payment denied by the card issuer

I have been using paypal for the last 5 years. Everything was working great until i encountered this error on April 2022 "We are sorry, but we could not complete this payment, because it has been denied by the card issuer. Please retry with a different card or funding option to continue with the payment." Troubleshooting steps performed by me: 1. Rechecked the card details and bank account details to confirm everything is correct. 2. Contacting my bank regarding the issue and they have assured that there is nothing wrong in their system. 3. I have tried with multiple cards (atleast 5) two among them were same bank but one is VISA other is MASTERCARD. Still no help. Tried with HDFC Credit card, tried another two cards from indusind and Punjab national bank. Nothing helps. Everywhere i keep receiving rhe same error. At first i believed it could be an issue at my banks end. But it’s not. How come every card on the account is getting the same error. There is no way to reach paypal support. They have removed phone lines(gets auto disconnected) Can’t lodge a complaint as there is no transaction for last 3 months Don’t see a dedidacted email support too. This has got to be PayPal’s issue. Please help me understand what’s the case here?
