Declined card and payment by PayPal

Hello,

 

I'm requesting for support as none of the FAQs have helped me out so far on my issue. Specifically, my card keeps getting declined when attempting to make transactions. I unlinked the card to try and relink it to see if it will fix the issue, but now I cannot link it as well as it's getting declined. I used to have no issues making transactions using this card through paypal, but all of a sudden I can't anymore.

I've already contacted my card issuer and according to them, there are no issues on their side as there is payment activity going through, so the issue must be from Paypal. Please let me know any solutions.

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've been having some issues with your card lately. Removing and re-adding your card normally doesn't help when your card is being declined like how you're describing. If the issue isn't an incorrect billing address or a decline on the card's end, your best option may be to reach out to your card company to request a new card.
