Error while receiving payments

When I tap the email to claim my money, it says that we are sorry but the transaction no longer exists, where as it's been only 3 days since I got the payment.

I understand that you have been experiencing an error message when trying to claim a received payment. I'm sure that has left you concerned and I apologize about that! Being able to access and claim your funds is certainly important. This sort of error could actually be triggered in multiple situations. Please get with the sender to be sure they have not cancelled the payment. Additionally, if the payment was sent before the account was fully verified, it is possible it cancelled out. In that case, simply have the sender re-send the payment to you. Lastly, I suggest reviewing your Resolution Centre and account Notifications in case there are some details there for you to review, before you can receive payments.
