Error message when transferring fund to credit card

Every time I transfer the available fund in my PayPal account to my credit card, an error msg occurs to me saying: "Something wrong happen. Try us again later." I've waited for 1 week now and same msg still appears to me. Any idea?

have the same problem for years but only on the app, if you transfer your money using the website it works fine

I use the website through my laptop. It was working fine in the past months, but I don't know what have suddenly happened.

I'm sorry you're having trouble transferring money. When you have trouble on a computer, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies or trying a different browser. The Mobile App is also a great alternative. If you are having difficulty with the Mobile App, uninstalling and reinstalling it usually fixes the problem. For further assistance, you can contact Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
