I have 3 direct deposits from 3 different places that should have been in my account last night or early morning and nothing. Where is my money! 2 of the 3 I receive regular direct deposits from and my money is always here by now.
I was just going to ask if this is a know problem. I still have not received my money.. I feel so frustrated.. Monday I was told they were going to do a trace and should receive by 8pm Tuesday they told me they see my deposit and should arrive by 5pm central . I called at 5:30 pm when they transferred me to the supervisor to find out there’s a problem and don’t know when I will receive my money. This is bs . Papal says they payout direct deposit early which why aren’t they sending money and they wait for the direct deposit. This is affecting people who need the money and it’s not our fault there system is corrupted..
Mine is missing too. Pay day is today but it's usually on 11-11:30pm the night before. I have rent due soon and other bills as well as groceries to deal with. My employer shows it was sent too.
I'm having the same issue, I was supposed to receive mine yesterday but I've not and when I called they was not any help whatsoever, said it was a known issue and they would "put me on the list". I'm very aggravated and really need my paycheck.....
SAME HERE. TODAY IS MY B-DAY, I HAVE SEVERAL BILLS ON AUTO PAY THAT BOUNCED TODAY. I HAVE PEOPLE TO PAY BACK, I CANT EVEN GET GAS OR FOOD. THE PAYROLL COMPANY SAYS THEY SENT IT OUT, I CHECKED OUR APP AND I SEE THEY DID PAY ME. EVERYONE HERE GOT THEIR PAY, I ASSUME ITS A PP ISSUE. I CALLED PP C/S AND THEY SAID THEY DONT SEE ANY PENDING DEPOSIT, AND WILL CALL ME IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE THEY HAVE MORE INFO. HOW WILL THAT HELP ME RIGHT NOW???? SO UPSET.
They lost a bunch of them... They'll tell you they've submitted a ticket to their "engineers" to find it.... They'll also tell you there's no timeline. I've already reported the to the BBB and the CFPB. Their handling of this issues is ridiculous, people have bills to pay!
