Difficulty Withdrawing Earnings From Upwork to PayPal Account

Dear Paypal Community,

 

I am experiencing difficulty transferring funds from my Upwork agency balance to my associated PayPal account. Despite following the correct steps, I receive an error message preventing the transfer, The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.


Would you Please assist in resolving this issue promptly, transferring funds to my PayPal account is essential for my financial management.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Make sure you have linked and confirmed a credit visa and set up the auto withdrawal of funds option as you can't hold a balance in your country.
