Dear kernowlass, I apologize for my previous message. I misunderstood the nature of this community and wrongly assumed that I was reaching out to a member of the PayPal team. I deeply appreciate the time and effort you and the other volunteers dedicate to assisting users like myself. I am sorry for my choice of words and any inconvenience caused. Dear Paypal Community,   I am experiencing difficulty transferring funds from my Upwork agency balance to my associated PayPal account. Despite following the correct steps, I receive an error message preventing the transfer, The reason for returned funds: Unable to apply funds.
