I cant withdraw money from Deviantart earnings service

My transactions from Deviantart to my PayPal account always voided. I asked official Deviantart helper and I received a response that I need to contact PayPal support. I live in Ukraine

Because you’re in Ukraine. Can’t receive goods and services payments or payments from companies, marketplace platforms there. Only sending/receiving friends and family payments. You’ll have to find another way to move those funds out of Deviant Art (ie. bank account)
