Vendor account does not have a confirmed email address

I'm currently developing an app that has purchase feature, I have integrated PayPal for that. But whenever I'm try testing and purchasing in the app it shows this message "Vendor account does not have a confirmed email address". Even though my email is confirmed. I tried adding another email and made it primary and confirmed it, but still same error message shows every time I test the payment. (I'm on live-mode). Please help

Sorry for the trouble! You will be able to receive payments if the email address is already confirmed. I suggest you to check again if the email address registered in your account is confirmed by following the steps listed in this article. If the issue persists, please reach out to PayPal Support team to get this checked further.
