Didn't receive refund yet and its been 37 days.

I won a refund case but but 37 days already passed and I didn't receive the cash on my card. I contacted my bank and they said no refund recieved from Paypal yet.

Did you open a paypal dispute?

Did you escalate to a claim or did the seller offer a refund in the dispute stage?

If you escalated to a claim did paypal find in your favour?

Did you have to return anything back to the seller?

I escalated and paypal find in my favor. i didnt have or asked to give anything back because the seller was a service.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
