Delay in transferring money to card

I made a transfer of an amount to my card 9 days ago but to this day the amount has not yet fallen on my card, but I made a transfer today on the 24th and the amount fell on time

I would recommend first reaching out to your bank or card company to see if they're able to locate the transfer in your activity. If they are unable to, you can try contacting our Customer Support for assistance.
