Change Primary Currency From PHP TO USD not working. Three Dots not clicking.

I tried to change my wallet's primary currency from PHP to USD but the three dots in wallet next to usd or php button is not CLICKING. I clicked it but there is no popup to make usd primary. Need some help with this. Tried with different browsers. Any help appreciated. Thanks

I found a solution for this by myself and posting for anyone searching for this. I used below link to change my primary currency to USD. Hope this will help someone.
