Can't receive money after confirming Email

Hi,

Me and my friend try sending Paypal to Paypal, my friend from America and I'm from Vietnam. After sending, I saw an email said that I need to confirm my email to receive the money, after confirmed my email, I still haven't receive any money to my account.

Can anyone advise please?

It's appear to be "On hold" for the payment now.

I am sorry to hear your payment are currently being held. I do understand your frustration. Funds can be held for various reasons, for example if you are new receiving payments with this. 

Typically funds are released after 21 days, or 24 hours after confirmed delivery. As you mentioned this payment was from a friend, I assume it was not involving an item/service. Due to this, the payment would be released in 21 days.
