Can't make payment

Received payment on Monday from a friend on my paypal account since then am unable to make payments or withdraw the funds to my bank account. What should I do, and the funds is not on hold, neither was any dispute opened

@Temp20220306a, It sounds like you may be running into an account limitation. Have you checked the Resolution Center for any steps that may need to be completed?
