I've tried to get a Netflix account using PayPal and keep getting blocked from doing so. Now the same thing is happening with BeenVerified.com. Tried different browsers. Anyone else getting this?

Hello @robtjonz,
Welcome to PayPal Community! I realize you may be having issue setting up a payment agreement with merchants. There are a few reasons why the PayPal account may not have been approved to make the subscription desired. Do you currently have a a backup funding source set up on your account? Is your bank or card confirmed on your account? If you answered yes to both of these questions, then it is possible that the country the merchant resides in does not accept these kinds of payments.
For more specific assistance, you can reach Customer Support by clicking Contact and then Message Us (when available) at the bottom of the PayPal website. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
I hope this helps!

Both Netflix and BeenVerified accept PsyPal as a payment form. I've talked to their customer service and they do not know what the issue is either. I do not need a back-up form of payment. I have a debit card that PayPal and many other online vendors have have approved and accepted. Please contact the customer service of both of those sites and see what can be done.
Thanks.

I was finally able to subscribe to Netflix. BeenVerified.com still kicks back as 'something has gone wrong'. They are using your service as a payment option. It does not reflect well on them, or you, when it does not work. Please call them and use your corporate weight to get them to fix it.
