Can't Report A Problem

Hello everyone, so I am new streamer on twitch and recieved my first donation tonight, after stream I noticed on paypal that the donation is on hold and is telling me the following options : 

How can I release my payment(s) on hold?

If there aren’t any issues with your transaction or account, the payment will be released 21 days after receipt. You can help to release the eligible payments earlier by following one of the below steps:

• Add Tracking: Use one of our approved shipping carriers and add the tracking details on your Activity page. We’ll release the hold 1 day after delivery.
• If the held payment is for a service or intangible item (e.g. piano lessons, e-book), update the order status on your Activity page and you'll get your money 7 days after verification. 

now the odd thing is that its a donation for my stream, so why do i have to add a shipping carrier/ tracking detail, its not a product, its just a donation/tip.

if someone can help me sort this out it would be much appreciated!

I understand your concern about your funds on hold. Don't worry. The money still belongs to you. When you receive a goods & services payment, the funds will be held by our standard 21 days hold. Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice we implement to help ensure the secure use of PayPal.

If there aren’t any issues with your transaction or account, the payment will typically move to your available balance by 21 days after receipt.
