I'm sorry to hear your payments didn't process as expected. Anytime you make a purchase through PayPal, we'll send you an emailed receipt. Even if the merchant says it was denied, I recommend checking for an email receipt to ensure it wasn't a connection issue. I believe that might be what happened with your payment. For assistance investigating the current status of the payments, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support. You can reach Customer Support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal website. Support is also available through Facebook Private Message or Twitter Direct Message.
