Hey guys I was wondering why this shows up , I have submitted al my identification and added my card and confirmed it why can I not withdraw without any limits ? After I payed the $2 fee There seems to be a problem We're unable to complete this transaction right now. Please try again later.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transfer. Have you checked your Resolution Center to see if there are any action items that require attention? If there's nothing there, I'd recommend making sure the first few steps in the following Help Center article are complete: How do I withdraw money from PayPal to my bank account?
