Balance or money transfer

I opened a PayPal account in Cyprus from Bangladesh. Not I am not receiving the OTP code and they limited my account. Is it possible to transfer my balance to my bank account linked with PayPal?

The first problem, being from Bangladesh, you’re not supposed to open a PayPal account at all because PayPal services are not available in your country.

The second problem you have is not being able to resolve the limitation. Phone number, address, etc has to be based in Cyprus.

The third problem is having a Cyprus bank account or card to withdraw to. You can’t link a Bangladesh bank account to Cyprus account. PayPal accounts are country-specific!

The money is either stuck or request that PayPal reverse the payments back to the senders and find another payment processor to use.

Before the recent update, it was possible to open a business account from Bangladesh in this region. I verified my account by providing my National Id card and other info. I added a City Bank account which was allowed to transfer money from PayPal. A few months ago I made a payment to that account and it was successful. I verified the bank account too.

How can I request PayPal's authority to reverse the payments back to the sender? What is the process?
