I send money from my PayPal link card to my wife PayPal and it was success and I have the receipt and now I have received email after few days that I have to add one again if there was not enough money to link card how do it was processed and successful transaction and it was debit from my link card please help me out why I seen in my PayPal to add money what I send its already was successful and ask again
