Downloading Addresses of previous buyers

I would like to send a thank you to all the people who have sent us a paypal payment in the past.

We are an animal charity, and most will be donations.

However, when I download the transactions, I do not get the address - just the detail of the payment.

Is it possible to get it into a csv file - or do I have to lookup every single transaction to get this information which is a real tedious job.

Hi there jacquie1,

You should be able to see the email address for customers when you view or download this information.

If you are a Premier or Business account holder you can customise your History before downloading it from the 'History' page, here's how:

1. Click 'Download History,' which appears in the 'More' drop-down list.
2. Click 'Customise Download Fields (not available for PDF)'
3. Click the information you want to download and click 'Save.'
