PayPal Community

We are a registered charity and wanting to add the APP to accept Donations via facebook.  However, it won't let us accept them.  Facebook tell us its because we aren't a Business/Premier account. But we are a Business account.   How can I get it sorted please?   ... View more

I would like to send a thank you to all the people who have sent us a paypal payment in the past. We are an animal charity, and most will be donations. However, when I download the transactions, I do not get the address - just the detail of the payment. Is it possible to get it into a csv file - or do I have to lookup every single transaction to get this information which is a real tedious job. thanks ... View more
