I purchased items from a Facebook page called Weloveinnov. I did this on 21st December. Upon checking tracking information it would appear that my items have been sent to address in America! I’m in the UK. I double checked the addresses on my account and the 2 that I generally use are there and no others however when I have looked as my purchase and American address has been attached to it! I emailed the seller to ask about this and they advised that the items had been dispatched to the address supplied however I did not supply the address in America. They have “kindly” offered to supply the items to me at a discounted rate! I’m not sure how to resolve this as I’ve never had any previous issues using PayPal to purchase items. Thanks in advance for any replies

Why not open a dispute for non receipt of item? If the seller can't provide tracking that proves delivery of the item to your PAYPAL REGISTERED ADDRESS then you should hopefully get a refund.
Advice is voluntary.
