Since Thursday mid-day, all the Paypal notifications we receive do not have the buyers email address on them, this is normally at the top just after their user name. After spending 35 minutes on the phone to Paypal support , they have been unable to help and advice me to log into the paypal account each time to find the email address! , not really an option, as we have staff that process the orders and not sure we would want to give out our paypal login details to staff...
