Hi, anyone know why I keep getting this message when paying for ebay items? "This payment can only be funded with PayPal Smart Connect, eCheck or credit card."
Both the seller and I have had Paypal and Ebay accounts for 5+ years, so it's not like we're new. The payment was for $100.
