i want to sell service

i dont have a site i have a video on vimeo

on the description i want to add link to a page were people can buy.

1.what is the easiest way to do that myself ?

2. if i will hire provider for that how he can do it without log to my account?

3. can i set monthly billing when the first month will be for example 197$ and from the second and farther will be 97$?

4. auto email after purched with all info to client whats he need to do now etc, how i create that?
