ebay is telling me that it is not able to process my payment because of paypal

I tried checking out items on both ebay and another website and both time it has told me that their was a problem with my paypal. How do I fix this?

I get same thing.  Is it because I just set up a credit card to try to pay with?

Mine said the same thing. I called customer service and they told me that if you are using an iPad, you have to clear out the cache and cookie, because they get too full and won't let paypal come up from eBay. Not sure why, but when I cleared it, it worked again.
