Sending payments to a mobile

I recently sent a payment to my friend. And they have not received a message asking them if they want to accept the payment or decline it. It says on my account that the money was sent. But it's been 30 minutes and they still have not received the message.

Welocme to the community forum.
Has this been resolved? If the recipient is being asked to accept the payment it sounds like it may have been sent in a currency they do not hold. If they click 'accept' they will be given the options to accept in this currency or convert to their primary currency.
Alternatively, it could be the case that they need to confirm their email address.
