I've been selling on ebay for years to Italy and all other countries,now suddenly in the last week I have two buyers from Italy having trouble paying,A notice tells tem i cannot accept payment at the moment and they must contact vendor.I've phoned ebay and paypal and both say there is nothing wrong with my accounts.`can anyone help please?
