I sold some stuff on OPSKINS and withdrew like 11EUR from that, and i go sent 16EUR from my parents, and now i try to send money while buying online, and i always get errors.. :

I don't know why this stuff always happens to me, i am super **bleep**, i just want to make 1 transaction and paypal is already stopping me. Unbelievable what i have to go through just for this one payment. Please someone help, what to do.
