How do I request pament anually from my customer?

I need to set up a yearly request for payment for services, if they dont pay renewal by a certain date the following year I cancel there service.

Cant see where to set this up, but recurring payments are possible so how is my question?

The next question would be for me to be notified that these are comming up and to ensure the figures are correct and for them to be changed prior to emiling the customer with the figures for the following year.

Hi,

I do not want to do this on the website thank you, just email them a recurring payment as it would be impossible to insure that the cudtomer has the correct amounts for there system without tests beig carried out and that can not be done online unfortunately.

Hi Secureiam,

The only options we offer at the moment is to set up recurring payments or billing agreements.  As a workaround maybe its an option that you can set reminders in your calander or phone?

seen a few threads of a similar subject so its something thats wanted and has been for some time.

I just have to start doing direct debits just dont want to do that.
