Trouble with Card PAyments

Hi all,
A couple of customers have reported not being able to pay by caard, even though the option is there. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Welcome to the Community!
I am unable to see your account so I can't advise you exactly why you are currently unable to receive payments. Do you know if there was a limitation placed on your PayPal account? You would see this in your Resolution Centre if there was a limitation on your account.
The next thing to do would be to try contacting your buyers and ask them what is the message they receive when trying to make a payment. If they get a message advising that the payment has been refused by the card issuer, they would need to contact their bank/credit card company in order for them to investigate this further on their behalf.
