Hi,
This is something that is happening quite often.
I have customers who are paying a monthly subscription to my service.
When they change their card, or have a new bank card sent to them, their monthly payment skips and I get a message from Paypal saying:
"Payment skipped, we cannot cannot process the following payment, we will try again...."
What is the workaround for this please?
Surely their profile should update automatically?
Or do I need to ask them to sign up again?
