Express Checkout return URL and landing page issue

Hi, I am using a plugin (wp bizcart) on a clients site and am having trouble with the paypal express checkout option. 

Basically the Paypal transaction works smoothly up to the point where it returns to my site to 'confirm payment' once the confirmation button is clicked all the paypal stuff happens perfectly, the customer gets a confirmation email and the payment goes through, however the page stays on the same confirmation page - wont go to a landing page that i have configured in my plugin settings.

I realise this is probably not a paypal issue but i wondered if any of you code savvy folk could shed any light of where i may look to sort this out.  The plugin support is completely useless so have to sort it out myself.

I am looking for some help to see if I can change the text on my Order summary page of my website : www.radiocarsltd.co.uk.  When you click on the Pay for your cab online button (top right hand side) on the site I would like to amend BOOK ONLINE to BOOK ONLINE - Call us to check our latest rates.

How do I do this as this option is not available yet has been set to BOOK ONLINE.

I would also like to know if there is an option for a landing page prior to getting to the order summary page.

Please help.
