I have setup a simple website and in order to sell my products I am using ADD TO CART buttons that I generate using the PayPal button generator (https://www.paypal.com/au/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_button-designer).
For the shipping (Profile>My selling tools>Shipping calculations) I set the Cost Method as Flat Amount ($). I only use 2 currencies AUD and USD so for both I set the same flat amounts. Under Manage Currencies I have both, where USD is primary.
Once the buttons are generated (USD currency) I use the E-MAIL link rather then the Website (HTML form) and I add this link to the website between <a> tabs.
All works ok and I can add to cart but the problem I have is that users can add to cart but the postage is not showing. After I do Add to Cart I am taken to the PayPal Your Shopping Cart page. Where the items is shown and I get the total, BUT NO SHIPPING FEE!!! is present. Then if I go Check out with PayPal I get the Your Order Summary page where again the SHIPPING FEE IS MISSING.
I login to test with another PayPal account and now I get the Review your information page, where AGAIN NO SHIPPING FEE is shown.
I have a Premier account. What can I do to show the shipping fee???

Well... I have to answer my own question as I figure out what the problem is.
First under Postage Calculations I pressed Clear Settings for both my currencies and then added the settings back.
It seems that once the ADD TO CART buttons are create, they get a unique ID and for some reason that unique ID no matter what you change to it if it was created before you had a problem with your PayPal account it will not help if simply you edit the button.
I have to mention I have contacted PayPal for support vie phone and they mentioned (they fixed the problem) on the phone that I have to create the buttons again... but I did not realized that I have to create new buttons and NOT "create similar button" (the clone button option that is given in the drop down).
I have created a new button from scratch and entered all the info there and voila the shipping fee shows (as a flat amount) after the product is added to the cart...
So all is good now. Hope this is usefull to somebody else.
