I sold an item on Ebay, but the item didnt work proplerly when I switched it on.
SO I need to refund the customer.
How do I do that?

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the refund option is at the bottom of that details page.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
